Inc.
Huron Tract Holdings Inc. is a future oriented
investment company with a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate,
commercial land for development, state-of-the-art composite structures fabrication, high-tech scientific
research and development, and other manufacturing and intellectual property
assets, with a strong focus on our greatest asset - our people.
Huron Tract holdings has grown its asset base from a
value of under a half-million dollars at our inception, to a present
value of over $8 million dollars in the 4 years we have been in
operation. Our accomplishment has depended on the wise purchase,
improvement and management of our asset base through the dedicated
people on our board and the staff of our related companies.
The Huron Tract Group of Companies
In 2005, the company instituted a realignment of its
assets and organized into three specific divisions:

The parent company, Huron Tract Holdings, holds long
term assets in rental real estate - primarily in the industrial and
commercial sector - with over 150,000 square feet in four separate
estates. Holdings also owns our shares in two subsidiary
companies:

Huron Tract Developments, which owns development
properties in commercial, industrial and residential areas plus a land
bank in the downtown core, which will become a downtown renewal
project.

CFM II Technologies Inc., which owns various Venture
Capital investments in research and development, plastic and composite
fabrication, high efficiency lighting, wind turbine manufacturing,
electric and emergency vehicles.
